She will live on in our hearts forever. We loved her very much and miss her a lot. We will always love you Summer and know that you are with the Angels in Heaven. We miss you so much!! When the Sun shines on Mom she will know that is you watching her.

Mom loves you forever. You are the best and we will see you soon. Be sure to follow the beautiful light!

Summer was in good hands with the nurses at Helen Woodward at her time of passing. Her Mom wishes she could have been there to hold her at the end but knows she was taken good care of.
